Return Policy

• Shortages or defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery for credit or replacement.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns must be in resaleable condition in their original and sealed packaging to be eligible for credit.
• A 20% restock fee may be applied to all returns.
• The following items are not eligible for returns:  Non-Stock, special order, custom items and any perishable/consumable products.

Terms and Conditions

• Delivery can take up to 2 business days for the local Omaha/Council Bluffs area unless on a designated route.
• Request for next day delivery are not guaranteed to be available for orders placed after 3 pm the previous day.
• Stock items will not be backorder. We ask that you place those items on your next order.
• Non-stock items that are backordered will be delivered with the next order placed once the items arrive in the warehouse.
